Cancelation policy

I do require non-refundable deposits on all appointments. I have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment day and time to avoid losing your deposit! Please allow yourself 15 extra minutes before your appointment for parking, being over 15 minutes late can result in losing your deposit and having to reschedule.

Return policy

All sales are final for wigs, extensions and hair products.

Can wigs and extensions be colored/bleached?

Yes, they can. We recommend ONLY having a professional color your wig or extensions. Bleaching can severely damage and/or alter texture. Always perform a test strand first.
